Regional Manager - Sales

Job Summary:

A Manager is responsible for the sale of business’ products or services in a specified region or geographical area.

The Manager provides ongoing support to distribute and produce the product or service.

The manager manages the identified accounts and works towards broadening their funnel & sales in their allocated area.

The Manager ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.

We are seeking a team-oriented self-starter who displays initiative and a positive attitude, a high level of integrity, drive and the motivation to develop new market opportunities.


Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

Managing manager in their region directly in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

Developing specific plans to ensure growth for both long and short-term

Work along and contribute to achieving of end goals through presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

Initiates, follows up and completes the signup of new business opportunities.

Leads new business meetings and closes sales.

Assists in the development and launching of new products.

Ensures that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable sales, presentation, conference, or opportunity.

Works closely with Neverskip team members to further develop sales opportunities.


Sales Salary & Experience Details:

Education qualification - Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Sales or related field experience).

Designation: Regional Manager Sales

Experience: 5 to 7 years, 3+ years of hardcore field sales and concept selling experience in Edu tech Industry.

Location: Chennai, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Hyderabad
